Only 60 days left! Here's whats going on!

Invites are out, RSVPS are rolling in.

My veil came from the lady who custom made it! Its great! :)

I'm starting to wear my shoes in a little bit, don't want sore toes on the wedding day!

I decided to give homemade cookies as favors. The house smells WONDERFUL! Only 160 more cookies to go!!!

I have my second dress fitting today - I'm pretty freaking stoked!

I don't think I ever posted our menu for the day so here goes:

Tray Passed Hors D'oeuvres:
Oven Roasted Tomato Crostini Aioli: Plum tomatoes delicately roasted with olive oil and garlic, served on a crisp seasoned slice of bread with aioli sauce.
Grilled Proscuitto Prawns: Grilled skewer of jumbo prawns rubbed with fresh pesto and wrapped in proscuitto.
Artichoke fondue filled mushrooms
Chicken mousse puff: Delicate chicken mousse seasoned with a hint of curry and baked in puff pastry.

Display Table:
Apricot Brie en Croute: Imported Brie cheese baked in puff pastry with apricots.
Heart Shaped Pesto Cheese: Layers of cream cheese, sundried tomotoes, toasted pinenuts and pesto elegantly garnished with fresh basil and shipped cream chese. Served with fresh breads and crackers.
Vegetable Basket and 4 dips: Spinach and herb, creamy seafood, walnut bleu cheese, and toasted mustard seed dip.
Fresh Fruit Tray

Pre-set salad:
Elario's Salad: Mixed greens, sundried cranberries, candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese, and fresh green apples. Served with a strawberry peppercorn dressing.

Buffet:
Carving Station #1: Porcini Crusted Beef Sirloin: Whole tritip sirloin coated with a mixture of porcini mushrooms and spices, served sliced with a jalapeno honey demi-glace.
Carving Station #2: Old Fashioned Pork Roast:Pork with aromatic herbs and spices.
Rosemary Chicken with grapes and bleu cheese: Sauteed boneless breast wiht a bleu cheese filling and served with a reduction of white wine, onion, rosemary, garilc and honey. Garnished with pearl onions and grapes.
Potatoes Au Gratin Timbale: Delicious sliced potato baked in real cream seasoned with onion, garlic, and a hint of nutmeg. Topped with swiss cheese.
Glazed carrots: Julienne cut carrots glazed in its own broth with sugar and butter.
Grilled Fresh Asparagas: Grilled Asparagas with herbs, lemon, and olive oil.

Cake! 3 layers, 2 flavors:
Strawberry Bagatelle: Moist white sponge cake filled with fresh strawberries and light barvarian cream.
Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cake: Layers of dark chocolate sponge cake moistened with orange syrup, filled with raspberry puree and rich chocolate mousse.

Coffe Station with fresh whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Full hosted bar for 6 hours
