"holy sack! I haven't updated my diary since BEFORE xmas????"
My apologies. I can't believe that it has been OVER a month since my last update. I feel so...ugh. Anyways, I'll try to make up for it. Honest. I HAVE been reading all the diarys I usually read, so I am up to date on everyone else, just nobody is up to date with me.
Christmas sucked. We went to Jacob's overly weathly (therefore way overly spoiled) cousins house. It sucked, but I hung out with the members of his family that I do like, his Dad, Uncle Bobby (his dad'd brother), Jacob's brother Mack, and that's about it. Don (Jacob's dad) and I made a plan to dodge out of dinner festivities early, and, to gather Jacob and Stelle (his mom) into the car, in 5 min. increments. It WORKED! :) We are now banished from Christmas holidays at Serenas! HURRAYYYY! Serena is a huge bitch. She is about 5'5. And weighs about 80 lbs. She has 2 daughters, chloe - 1 and Eva 3. Serena acts like a sterotypical chick from beverly hills. I HATE HER. EVERYTHING about her is fake. And, the world revolves arround her. Its sick. Did I mention I hate her?
Anyways, here's a comprehensive list of what I got for Xmas:
1. 2 stuffed hippos (one is a puppet!) from Mack.
2. A hippo mug from Don and Stelle
3. A down conforter from Don and Stelle
4. Gift Cert. to borders, bath and body works, starbucks, sam goody, old navy, victorias secret.
5. A silver hippo charm on a silver chain from my friend JoAnn at work.
6. uhhh man, I dunno. Its been so long...
So anyways, New Years and my birthday are my favorite holidays. :) Sooo for NYE (new years eve) Jacob and I rented a room at the Hilton at Disneyland for $70! (THANK YOU Hotwire!) The park was open till 3 am that night, so we went up, got our room and went to the park. It was the most crowded place I have ever seen in my life. And, if you've ever been to Disneyworld, you will constantly compare Disneyland to it, and state why it is superior (cept, Disneyland's pirates of the carebian dinner place, and the fast pass!) Anyways, we rode some stuff, and we went on the haunted mansion which they turned into this "nightmare before christmas" theme. And it ROCKED!!!! :) At midnight, we watched the fireworks, and stood infront of the castle. It was really nice. Then, because I was tired, we went back to the room, had our *complementrary* champange, and ordered room service. I fell asleep before it came, but, I woke up to eat :D The next day, we saw lord of the rings. And, I realllly liked it!
Onto my birthday. First off and foremost, I'd like to say, that if you didn't send me an e-card, a message, an email, or call me, then, you can fuck yourself. You know who you are. :) Anyways, Jacob took me snowboarding for my birthday and I had a great time even though I didn't really learn how to snowboard yet, and even though I only fell 3xs. I wasn't feeling so good that day so we left the resort early and headed home. His family took me out to my favorite mexican resturant, and they got me a gift set from bath n body works, and a gift certificate someplace.
I went up to my moms a few days later, and despite of the nasty hag (read: my grandmother) I picked up my xmas gifts and my birthday garb. My mom got my earrings, my perfume, a san diego entertainment book, my favorite chocolate, an overnight bag, a gift certificate to old navy, and, wouldn't you know.... TWO FUCKING TICKETS TO DISNEYLAND!! Oh, my gram gave me 50 bucks for xmas, and 2 for my birthday. My mom gave me 50 for my birthday.
Anyways, Jacob and I went to Disneyland this past weekend. It was really good, we got a room at the hilton for $70 again. King Size bed again. Ordered room service...again. Went to disneyland...again. See a patern? hehehe. We used our fastpasses a billion times that day. And the wait for space mountain - the first thing we rode at 11am - was 5 min! I was uberly excited!!!! :D We rode star tours, and a billion other things, and we took some pics, and grabbed some lunch. Then we rode more, and decided that we should put in a resurvation at the blue bayou (the pirates of the carebian resturant) so they only had an opening at 9, we took it. At 8pm we headed over the the resturant to see if we could get in early. They said, we would have to wait in the 'walk-in' line, which was 40 min wait. Because my feet felt like I had been walking all day, I refused to stand, and the nice chick at the podeum got us in early, at 8:15 cause she felt bad for us. :D Thank you Claudia! So, we ate. It was the best dinner I had in a long long long ass time. EVERYTHING was soooo good. And, I now know that I like gumbo. :D
So I'm done working for intuit, and tommorow I start my new job with H&R block at the premium office. So today, I had to go out and buy a bunch of new clothes cause all of the 'high profile clientel' come there to get taxes done. Basically, all of the VERY wealthy, and the famous in san diego. (The pro ball players, the big business men, the tv anchormen, etc.) So I've gotta dress super nice. But, the job is gonna be pretty good.
In other news, Jacob and I told his parents that we want to move out, and we expect it to be arround March 1. "Why March 1?" you may ask. Well kids, that is 2 weeks to the day that Chelsea will be moving out here. Our fatness is gonna rock the west coast's rictor scale off the charts. . So Jacob and I listed with an apartment search agency, that if they don't find you a place within 2 months, they give you $50. (But, you had to pay to be with the agency... $80, so you get more then 1/2 your $ back if they DONT find you a place.) So after work tommorow, Jacob and I are going to look at a place in one of the nicest areas of town. Hopefully, it isn't already rented. :D
I have a long ass day tommorow, I'll let you know how the 1st day went, and the apartment search too!
